How does this work?
Start by choosing your race or challenge, then head to checkout. After you place your order, you will receive an activation email with a link to set up your race or challenge, and download your digital bib. It is during the activation process that the participant info is added to the entry! You will also receive a confirmation email with your order number and details, and an invite to join our #VirtualRunningSquad exclusive Facebook group. You choose the course and activity to complete your race or challenge. That's the beauty of virtual racing!
Can I purchase an entry for someone else?
Absolutely! The participant name is added to the entry during the activation process, after you place your order. You can just forward the activation email to them to set up their race or challenge!
When can I submit my results?
Timelines vary by event. Please see event pages for result submission dates.
How are results tabulated?
We rely on you, the participant, to submit your results! You can use any app or device to track your activity. We offer several options for submitting results, including connecting directly to your Strava account or entering your activity manually.
Do I have to Run?
Absolutely not! This is your race and you get to complete it at your pace. Run, walk, roll, hike, cycle, swim, paddle...the choice is yours! As long as it is a self-propelled activity, it counts. When you submit results, you will be able to select what type of activity you used to complete the distance.

What is the #VirtualRunningSquad?
The #VirtualRunningSquad exclusive Facebook group was created to allow our participants to engage with one another, like you would at the starting line or finisher's party of an in-person race. It's a place to post photos and videos from your run, encourage others, and ask questions. No matter your pace or experience, you are welcome in our community!
What are the medals made of?
Our medals are made of 11 gauge steel.
Are the prices in AUD?
Yes, all prices are in Australian Dollars!
When will my order ship?
Shipping timelines vary by event and series. If an item is in-stock, it will typically ship within a few days of the order being placed. If an item is pre-order, this will be noted with the expected ship date on that event's page. Please note, an order will only ship when all items in that order are in-stock and ready to ship. Due to COVID-19, there may be significant shipping delays with our shipping partners.
How does my order ship?
Orders are shipped from Redland Bay, QLD via Australia Post. You will receive a shipping notification email with your tracking number when your order is fulfilled.
Do you offer team/family discounts?
Yes, we do! Please use discount code FAMILYFUN at checkout if you are registering more than 5 participants at once.
Do you ship outside of Australia?
Currently, we are only able to offer shipping within Australia from our Australian shop. We do offer some packages in which all contents are delivered digitally; these can be purchased from anywhere in the world! We also have shops in Canada and the US.
